Returns Policy (U.S. Customers)
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Items must be returned in original condition they were shipped. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Defective items must be made within 10 days of the purchase date.
Customers have the option to choose whether to receive store credit or a refund to their original payment method (credit card or PayPal). We are able to process returns for store credit free of charge, while a refund to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) has a shipping and processing fee of $5.95. This fee will be deducted from the amount refunded as well as any coupon codes used will be factored into the amount. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded.

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged:
- Items received more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- All items marked with an "On Sale!" badge, "FINAL SALE", or at a reduced price
- Returns received in less than original condition (worn, damaged, modified, washed)
- All accessories including bracelets and cuffs, earrings, rings, necklaces, sunglasses, belts, hair accessories, and hats
- Intimates (underwear, bras, bralettes, panties), swimwear, bodysuits, tights, socks, cosmetics, and beauty products
- Gift Certificates
Tautmun reserves the right to determine if items are eligible for refund.
Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. All exchanges will be issued store credit, and customer is responsible for re-ordering desired product. Please note: We are unable to guarantee that an item stays in stock, and items cannot be put on hold.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
How To Return
If you need to return or exchange an item, please take the following steps:
- Simply login to your account.
- View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
- Customers have the option to choose whether to receive store credit or a refund to their original payment method (credit card or PayPal). We are able to process returns for store credit free of charge, while a refund to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) has a shipping and processing fee of $5.95. This fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. Please also note any coupon codes used will be factored in with the amount refunded.
- We will provide you with a Return Label to your email after we process your returned item.
- Place the order invoice and item in your return package. Then print the Return Label and tape it securely on the outside of the package.
- Bring the return package to a U.S. Post Office.
- We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
